Futsal players are forced to make quick decisions in tight spaces therefore developing quick footwork and vision. Futsal requires a lot more touches on the ball than football improving faster skills and technique. Futsal is FIFA's official indoor soccer game which is essentially, a smaller version of outdoor soccer played indoors. It is a small sided game (5v5) played on a smaller court with a smaller ball. Futsal is played with touchline boundaries.

footwork skills, the nature of the game made me feel so free when I played. If it
wasn't for Futsal, I would definitely not be the player I am today." Cristiano Ronaldo

from playing Futsal. I played Futsal until 13 or 14 years of age before I began playing
regular soccer." Robinho
